Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Immigration Manager / Branch Head to manage branch operations, lead the team, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the immigration branch.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the counselling, sales, and processing teams.
- Set and achieve monthly and annual business, sales, and revenue targets.
- Handle key client cases, provide professional immigration guidance, and resolve escalated concerns.
- Ensure smooth and timely processing of client applications with accuracy and compliance.
- Stay updated with immigration laws, visa policies, and regulatory changes.
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, performance reviews, and case discussions.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, client conversion, and branch growth.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at seminars, exhibitions, and promotional activities.




- Prepare branch performance reports and coordinate with senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional working environment.

Eligibility & Skills

- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in immigration, overseas education, visa consultancy, sales, or client management preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Target-oriented with excellent team management abilities.
- Professional personality with strong client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.
