Position: SAP FICO S/4HANA Consultant
Experience: 6–8 Years
Education: CA/ICWA preferred. Candidates with a minimum Post-Graduation such as MBA/M.Com may also be considered.
Certification: SAP Certification preferred.
Travel: Willingness to travel for project requirements is mandatory.
Key Requirements:
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO, including S/4HANA.
- Minimum 4+ end-to-end Implementation and Support projects.
- At least 2 S/4HANA Implementation/Support projects with experience in Product Costing and CO-PA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI submodules: GL, AR, AP and Asset Accounting.
- Experience in Month-End Closing, Validations, Substitutions and Reporting.
- At least 2 S/4HANA Controlling implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Overhead Cost Controlling
- Product Cost Planning
- Cost Object Controlling
- Actual Costing & Material Ledger (ML)
- Profitability Analysis
- CO-PA Planning
- Settlement
- Month-End Closing
- Experience with integration between SAP FICO and MM/SD/PP/PS.
- Strong Finance domain and business process understanding.
- FSCM and Funds Management experience will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience, with solid executive presence and ability to interact with senior customer management.
- Knowledge of SAP Best Practices and Building Blocks.
- Ability to design and configure business scenarios and provide solution-focused recommendations.
- Knowledge of User Exits, BAPIs, LSMW, BDC and LTMC.
- Experience in preparing Functional Specifications for developments, enhancements and change requests.
- Experience in ticket monitoring, issue analysis, SLA-based resolution and closure.
- Ability to coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IT/SAP solutions.
- Passion for SAP and willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and design/configure SAP FICO solutions.
- Handle implementation, support and enhancement activities.
- Monitor and resolve tickets within defined SLAs.
- Analyze issues and provide appropriate solutions and effort estimates.
- Prepare functional specification documents for changes and enhancements.
- Coordinate with technical teams for development and issue resolution.
- Support business users and interact with customer stakeholders, including senior management.
- Participate in project-specific business travel as required
