Caliac Studios is a creative content and marketing studio specialising in video production, social media management and digital marketing. We work with businesses and creators across food, lifestyle, wellness, education and other industries.

We’re looking for a creative, organised and responsible Social Media Executive who can manage client accounts, develop content ideas and coordinate with our production, editing and design teams.

Your Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

- Create monthly content calendars aligned with each client’s audience, brand voice and business goals.
- Develop ideas for reels, stories, posts and campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, reel hooks, short scripts and calls to action.
- Research relevant trends, competitors and audience interests.
- Repurpose existing videos and other assets into useful social media content.

Client & Project Coordination

- Communicate with clients to understand requirements, collect inputs and secure approvals.
- Prepare clear briefs for editors, designers and the shoot team.
- Coordinate shoot requirements, content deadlines and revisions.
- Maintain content trackers and keep clients and the internal team informed about progress.
- Take ownership of timely delivery and flag problems early.

Publishing & Account Management

- Schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube as required.
- Check spelling, captions, thumbnails, tags, links and formatting before publishing.
- Maintain profile information, highlights and pinned content.
- Respond to comments and DMs according to each client’s guidelines.




- Identify enquiries and pass potential leads to the appropriate person.

Analytics & Improvement

- Monitor reach, views, engagement, watch time, follower growth and enquiries.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommended next steps.
- Identify successful content and suggest improvements to hooks, topics and formats.
- Track outcomes relevant to each client, including bookings, enquiries and audience growth.

Hands-On Content Support

- Capture basic phone footage, stories and behind-the-scenes content during shoots when needed.
- Create simple graphics and quick video edits using Canva and mobile editing tools.
- Coordinate with the advertising team on campaign messaging and creative requirements.
- Use AI tools for research, ideas and first drafts while checking accuracy and preserving each brand’s voice.

Skills & Requirements

- Solid written and spoken English; Hindi and Marathi are an advantage.
- Practical understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Strong copywriting, organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and confidence in following up with clients and teammates.
- A proactive approach: you should be comfortable suggesting ideas and solving routine problems.

Agency experience, basic video editing skills and familiarity with YouTube publishing are an advantage. A strong portfolio matters more than a specific degree.
