Job Description:

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth for Indore’s top interior design company. If you have experience in sales/business development (interior design, real estate, or related) and a knack for building lasting client relationships, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, approach, and acquire new business opportunities in residential and commercial interior design projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and real estate professionals.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to provide tailored solutions.
- Develop strategic sales plans and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and potential leads.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.




- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote the company and expand business reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive client engagement.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interior design, architecture, real estate, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the interior design industry and market trends in Indore.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Professional, confident, and client-oriented mindset.
