We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students and clients regarding study abroad opportunities, understanding their requirements, and assisting them throughout the counselling and application process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities and suitable courses/universities.
- Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about courses, universities, eligibility, and admission processes.
- Follow up with leads and prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update client details in the CRM.




- Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and documentation.
- Build positive relationships with students and ensure a positive client experience.
- Achieve assigned counselling and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Confident, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in education consultancy or study abroad counselling will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
