MEP FOREMAN – JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in MEP-related trade
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily MEP activities at the construction site.
- Manage and guide MEP technicians, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and other workers.
- Coordinate installation, testing, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Read and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Ensure MEP works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.




- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades to avoid work conflicts.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for MEP activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper workmanship.
- Monitor project progress and report daily work status to the concerned engineer.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
- Identify and resolve site-level MEP issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
