Sales Consultant is responsible for selling current vehicles with the objective of achieving sales target and customer satisfaction standards.
- Assist customers in determining vehicle needs.
- Converting customer enquiry to booking to retail.
- Doing proper follow up before sale and post sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Build customer loyalty and increase Customer Satisfaction through professionalism and sincerity.
- Completing financing paperwork
