The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely and successful completion of assigned projects. This role requires solid problem-solving abilities and a commitment to following instructions to achieve the best outcomes. We are looking for a versatile and detail-focused team player who excels at multitasking, consistently produces high-quality work, and meets deadlines reliably.
Responsibilities
· Lead and manage Projects like Villa, Apartments,Individual Houses- ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
· Supervise and support the Civil & MEP team
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand Techome requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
· Implement and maintain quality control processes, ensuring compliance with Techome Execution Plans and industry standards.
· Stay updated on Techome trends and tools, evaluating new technologies and promoting continuous learning within the team
Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
· B.Tech/M Tech in Civil Engineering.
· +5 years of relevant work experience.
· Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and any other software related
· Team player with strong communication skills in English.
· Proactive in associating with managers, leads and achieving specified work targets
