Job Summary
We are looking for our client a qualified and experienced PPIC Officer to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team at Kala Amb, Haryana. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, material coordination, inventory control, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain production plans as per sales requirements and manufacturing capacity.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Purchase, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production activities.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution as per plan.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production planning reports.
- Monitor raw material, packaging material, and finished goods inventory.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and purchase teams for timely availability of materials.
- Identify material shortages, production constraints, and planning gaps and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate PPIC records, planning documents, and MIS reports.
- Track actual production versus planned production and highlight deviations.
- Assist in optimizing inventory levels and minimizing material and production losses.
- Ensure production planning activities are carried out in compliance with GMP and company procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and material-related issues.
- Support management with regular reports and data related to production planning and inventory status.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP requirements.
- Strong understanding of production planning and inventory management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Eligibility
- Qualification: M. Pharma
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in PPIC/Production Planning in a pharmaceutical manufacturing organization.
- Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
