Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate HRM Faculty to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality HRM training, providing practical industry knowledge, and mentoring students in their learning and career development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive HRM classes.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, and practical activities.
- Teach topics including recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, payroll, employee relations, HR policies, training and development, and labour laws.
- Use practical examples, case studies, and industry-based scenarios during training.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, presentations, and examinations.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students in HR projects and assignments.
- Keep course content updated with current HR practices and industry trends.




- Maintain student attendance and academic records.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- MBA in Human Resource Management (HR) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, training, teaching, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management concepts and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain HR concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Good classroom management and student-handling skills.
- HR industry experience will be an added advantage.
