Job Profile: KG Coordinator (CBSE Schools) Role Overview The KG Coordinator is the academic and administrative leader for the pre-primary section (Nursery, LKG, and UKG), responsible for executing a joyful, child-centric, and activity-based curriculum aligned with National Curriculum Framework (NCF) / CBSE foundational stage norms.

Responsibilities

- Curriculum & Academic Planning
- Oversee the daily and yearly implementation of the pre-primary curriculum, lesson plans, and experiential learning activities.
- Introduce play-way, Montessori, or activity-based teaching methodologies suitable for early childhood education.
- Plan age-appropriate assessments, worksheets, co-curricular events, and celebrations.
- Teacher Mentorship & Supervision
- Conduct regular classroom observations to monitor teaching quality and provide supportive feedback to KG teachers.
- Conduct training sessions or workshops on modern early childhood practices, classroom management, and child psychology.
- Assist teachers with resource management and innovative teaching aid creation.




- Parent Communication & Administration
- Serve as the primary bridge between parents and the school administration for pre-primary concerns.
- Address parent queries, manage feedback, and conduct periodic parent-teacher meetings (PTMs).
- Maintain daily operational logs, student progress records, and inventory for the kindergarten block.

Eligibility & Qualification:

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed., D.Ed., NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), or specialized Montessori/Early Childhood Education (ECE) training.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of teaching or leadership experience in pre-primary or primary sections, preferably within a CBSE or reputed international curriculum environment.
- Skills: Excellent command of English communication, high patience, empathy, leadership capabilities, and strong organizational skills.
