Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Java Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team and work on ERP Industry Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Java development, object-oriented programming, and database concepts, along with an interest in developing and maintaining ERP-based business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, enhance, and maintain ERP applications and industry-specific solutions using Java.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code.
- Work with databases and perform basic SQL queries.
- Debug and resolve application issues and bugs.
- Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and QA teams.
- Participate in application testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
- Understand existing ERP modules and contribute to their customization and enhancement.
- Follow coding standards,



development practices, and project documentation guidelines.

Required Skills:

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Should have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong understanding of Core Java and OOP concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot.
- Positive understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs / Web Services.
- Understanding of ERP systems and Industry Solutions.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with Git or any version-control system.
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to ERP platforms, enterprise applications, or business process solutions.
- Knowledge ofJPA/Hibernate.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education:

B.Tech/B.E./MCA/M.Tech or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
