A blood bank Data Entry Operator manages critical records for donor registration, blood collection, component separation, and cross-matching results. You support medical staff by ensuring all blood inventory tracking is quick, error-free, and compliant with healthcare regulations.Key Responsibilities

- Donor Registration: Input new donor details, medical history questionnaires, and contact information into the blood bank management system.
- Inventory Tracking: Update real-time records of blood bags collected, tested, stored, and issued to hospitals or wards.
- Test Result Logging: Enter laboratory screening results (such as blood group, HIV, Hepatitis B/C, and Malaria tests) accurately from technician logs.
- Record Maintenance: Organize physical files and digital archives, maintaining strict data integrity.
- Report Generation: Create daily, weekly,



and monthly collection and stock distribution reports for hospital administration or government health authorities.
- Confidentiality: Protect sensitive donor and recipient health information under medical privacy laws.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree from a recognized board or university.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and specialized healthcare/blood bank database software.
- Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 30 to 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus to prevent critical errors in blood typing or donor identification numbers.
- Experience: Prior data entry experience in a hospital, laboratory, or healthcare setting is a strong plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
