Senior Educational Counselor – Animation & VFX

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Educational Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or similar education industry and possess strong counselling and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, fees, and admission processes.

* Handle enquiries and convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and sales pitches.

* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

* Manage and maintain batches, student records, and daily institute operations.

* Ensure timely fee collection, follow-ups, and EMI payments.

* Handle parent and student queries professionally and ensure a positive experience.

* Coordinate with faculty regarding batch schedules, attendance, student concerns, and academic requirements.





* Maintain proper records through CRM/Google Sheets and ensure all admission-related data is updated.

* Take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day functioning of the institute.

* Follow up with prospective students and parents through calls and WhatsApp.

* Support the management in achieving overall institute growth and admission targets.

Candidate Profile

* 3–4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a similar education/training industry.

* Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.

* Strong sales, counselling, negotiation, and convincing abilities.

* Target-oriented and comfortable working with admission and revenue targets.

* Confident, presentable, responsible, and capable of independently managing an institute.

* Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp, and basic computer operations.

* Robust follow-up and relationship-management skills.

* Experience in fee collection and student/parent handling will be preferred.

What We Offer

Salary Package: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
