Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hospitality Staff to provide excellent service to guests and ensure a pleasant and memorable experience. The successful candidate will assist with guest reception, food and beverage service, housekeeping coordination, and general hospitality operations as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and clear tables efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest areas, dining areas, and service stations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and complaints.
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, front office, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Set up and prepare dining or event areas according to company standards.
- Handle guest payments and billing accurately when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
- Assist with events, banquets, meetings, and other hospitality activities.
- Report maintenance issues, guest concerns, or operational problems to the appropriate supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, cafés, or customer service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, polite, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Basic English and/or local language communication skills.
- Professional grooming and presentation.

Working Conditions

The role may involve standing for extended periods, working adaptable shifts, and handling busy service periods. Staff may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on operational requirements.

Salary and benefits will be offered based on experience, qualifications, and company policy. Benefits may include meals, uniforms, incentives, training, and opportunities for career growth.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
