We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented International Telecaller Executive to handle international customers over calls. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing appropriate information about products/services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to international customers.
- Communicate with customers professionally and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services, offers, and relevant information clearly.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and other relevant teams.




- Maintain a positive and qualified approach while interacting with customers.
- Follow company policies, calling guidelines, and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good pronunciation and a neutral/clear accent preferred.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Ability to handle international customers professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,500.00 per month
