Summary

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst – AI Intern to join our Customer Success team. This internship is ideal for candidates who have strong business acumen, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and are interested in working with clients and cross-functional teams.

The intern will gain hands-on exposure to business analysis, client management, requirement gathering, documentation, reporting, process improvement, and AI-powered productivity.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, track deliverables, coordinate follow-ups, and support the successful execution of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in understanding and documenting client requirements and business needs.
- Participate in client meetings and maintain professional communication.
- Track requirements, tasks, deliverables, timelines, and action items.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of requirements.
- Follow up on open tasks and issues until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and updates.
- Prepare meeting minutes, trackers, presentations, reports, and business documentation.
- Assist in preparing BRDs, FRDs, UAT reports, requirement documents, and process documentation.
- Identify business gaps, challenges, and potential issues and assist in finding solutions.
- Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the Customer Success team in maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of client activities.




- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Use AI tools to improve research, documentation, analysis, reporting, communication, and productivity.
- Explore emerging AI tools and identify practical ways to improve business processes.

AI Tools & Digital Skills

Familiarity with tools such as:

ChatGPT | Gemini | Claude | Microsoft Copilot | Other AI Platforms

You will be encouraged to use AI for:

- Research and information gathering
- Documentation and report preparation
- Data analysis and business insights
- Creating presentations and business content
- Improving communication and workflows
- Exploring new AI tools and technologies
- Identifying opportunities for AI-driven process improvement

Prior experience with AI tools is not mandatory. Curiosity, willingness to experiment, and eagerness to learn are highly valued.

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Final-year students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates interested in Business Analysis, Customer Success, Consulting, Client Management, or AI & Business Transformation are preferred.
