Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager – Industrial & Warehousing

Location: Gurugram | Experience: 4–7 years | Salary: ₹5–8 lakh per year + performance incentives

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate professional with strong on-ground knowledge of Gurugram’s industrial and warehouse markets.

The candidate should have excellent knowledge of Udyog Vihar, Pace City, Manesar, Farukhnagar and surrounding industrial/warehouse corridors, with a strong understanding of available inventory, property owners, local brokers, pricing and market activity.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field surveys and identify new industrial, factory and warehouse properties.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date property inventory for sale and lease.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, local brokers, developers and industrial clients.
- Track property availability, pricing, rentals and market trends.
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties.
- Conduct property visits, generate leads and support negotiation and closures.
- Develop strong local market intelligence and continuously expand the company’s property network.





Requirements

- 3–7 years’ experience in commercial/industrial real estate, warehouse leasing, factory sales or land transactions.
- Strong local knowledge and network across Gurugram’s industrial and warehouse markets.
- Excellent field-survey, property-sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-management abilities.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Existing owner/broker network will be a robust advantage.

Compensation

High salary ₹5 to 8 lakh per annum + performance incentives.
