Role: Reservation Manager – OTA
Experience: 3–6 years in Hotel Reservations/OTA/Hospitality

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage hotel reservations through OTA platforms.
- Handle bookings, cancellations, modifications, and room availability.
- Manage OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and MakeMyTrip.
- Maintain room rates, inventory, packages, and promotions.
- Ensure rate parity and accurate property information across OTAs.
- Monitor occupancy, room availability, and booking trends.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Revenue teams for room inventory.
- Handle reservation-related guest queries and special requests.
- Monitor OTA reviews, ratings, and guest feedback.
- Optimize OTA listings to improve visibility and bookings.
- Track OTA performance, revenue, and booking reports.




- Resolve booking discrepancies and overbooking issues.
- Maintain reservation records and daily reports.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of hotel reservations and OTA platforms.
- Experience with Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, etc.
- Knowledge of PMS/Channel Manager is preferred.
- Good understanding of room rates, inventory, and occupancy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
