Job Description: Data Mining & Telecaller Executive

Role overview
The Data Mining & Telecaller Executive finds and builds a database of potential business leads, then contacts them by phone to qualify interest and pass warm leads to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

Data mining

- Research and collect contact details of prospective clients (company name, decision-maker, phone, email, location, requirement) from sources such as Google, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, industry directories, and government and trade-body listings.
- Build and maintain clean, categorized lead databases in Excel, Google Sheets, or a CRM.
- Verify, de-duplicate, and update records regularly.
- Segment leads by industry, location, and potential order size.

Telecalling

- Make outbound calls (typically 60-100 per day) to introduce the company and its products or services.
- Identify the right decision-maker, understand their requirement, and qualify the lead.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotation requests, and pending leads.
- Handle inbound calls and basic customer queries.
- Schedule meetings or callbacks for the sales team.
- Log every call outcome in the CRM or tracker.

Reporting

- Share daily call and lead reports (calls made, connects, qualified leads,



follow-ups due).
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.

Required skills and qualifications

- Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, or BA preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or data research.
- Transparent communication in Hindi and English; a regional language is a plus.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets, internet research, and email.
- Basic CRM familiarity is an advantage.
- Polite, persistent, and comfortable with rejection.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Key performance indicators

- Number of verified leads added per week
- Calls made and connect rate
- Qualified leads handed to sales
- Lead-to-meeting or lead-to-order conversion
- Data accuracy and report timeliness

Working details

- Location: Regus Jaipur Centre, B2 Bypass Jaipur
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM , Mon-Sat
- Salary: Fixed + incentive on converted leads or conversions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
