Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure / Engineering Experience Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech or MBA in Construction/Project Management preferred)

Job Summary:

The candidate will oversee all aspects of construction execution, including planning, supervision, coordination, and quality control across multiple sites. The role is strategic and operational, requiring leadership, technical depth, and the ability to drive project delivery within timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage civil execution activities across high-rise residential, commercial, or township projects.

- Ensure execution of civil works (RCC, finishing, infrastructure) as per design, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

- Plan and monitor construction schedules, budgets, and resource allocation using project management tools.

- Coordinate closely with design, MEP, procurement, safety, and planning teams to ensure integrated project delivery.

- Identify and mitigate site-level risks and bottlenecks that impact timelines or quality.

- Evaluate and manage contractors, vendors, and labor teams for productivity, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.

- Conduct regular reviews, quality audits, and progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure documentation and statutory compliance related to construction activities.

- Mentor and lead teams of site engineers, supervisors, and junior managers.

- Report project KPIs,



including cost, time, quality, and safety, to senior leadership.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Proven track record in end-to-end execution of large residential/commercial real estate projects

- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, structural systems, and finishes

- Advanced knowledge of project management tools (Primavera, MS Project), AutoCAD, and ERP systems

- Ability to manage large cross-functional teams across multiple project sites

- Solid communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

- Cost-conscious with a strong sense of quality and safety compliance

- Familiar with green building norms, RERA compliance, and local building codes

Preferred Qualifications:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

- M.Tech / MBA in Construction Management / Project Management (preferred for Sr. Manager and Chief Manager)

- 12–18 years of progressive experience in real estate or infrastructure execution roles

- Experience in high-rise, luxury residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects

- Prior exposure to large developers or reputed construction firms
