Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior US IT Recruiter with proven experience in direct client hiring and W2 roles. The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, possess excellent negotiation skills, and consistently meet recruitment targets while ensuring top-quality hires.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for W2 requirements from direct clients.

Source, screen, and conduct in-depth interviews to assess both technical and cultural fit.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.

Ensure timely closures of job roles while maintaining high submission-to-hire ratios.

Negotiate pay rates, benefits, and contract terms with candidates.

Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in US IT recruitment with expertise in W2 hiring.

Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and employment types.

Hands-on experience using ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools (Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, target-driven work environment.
