We provide 360° water management and maintenance solutions, including Design, Installation, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Operations & Maintenance (O&M;), water infrastructure management, plumbing and repair services, pumping system optimization, and treatment plant management.

TGWC currently operates across Delhi NCR and Mumbai, with 800+ active sites, 1,000+ installations, and 100+ engineers and technicians. Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Operation Manager with 15+ years of relevant experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment, Facility Management, MEP, AMC/O&M;, or related technical service industries.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing multi-site operations, AMC and O&M; contracts, project execution, technical teams, client relationships, service delivery, manpower planning, maintenance activities, SLA compliance and operational performance across Delhi/NCR.

The candidate should possess strong technical understanding of WTP, STP, ETP, swimming pools, pumping systems, plumbing infrastructure, electrical and mechanical equipment, along with proven leadership and client-management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple AMC, O&M; and project sites.

Ensure smooth and efficient operation of WTP, STP, ETP, swimming pools,



pumping systems and related water infrastructure.

Manage and mentor engineers, technicians, supervisors, operators and site teams.

Plan manpower deployment, shifts, resources, tools, equipment and site requirements.

Monitor preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime.

Ensure compliance with contractual SLA, AMC scope, response timelines, quality standards and client requirements.

Take ownership of critical operational issues, breakdowns and escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, facility managers, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.

Conduct regular site visits, operational reviews and performance assessments.

Review plant performance, equipment efficiency, maintenance status and service quality.

Coordinate procurement and availability of spares, consumables, chemicals, tools and other operational materials.

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for specialized repair, maintenance and project activities.

Oversee installation, testing and commissioning activities for new projects and system upgrades.

Ensure proper preparation and submission of **daily, weekly and monthly operational reports, MIS, maintenance reports and performance dashboards**.

Monitor operational costs, resource utilization and productivity.

Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency, reducing downtime and optimizing water infrastructure performance.

Ensure implementation of company policies, safety procedures, quality standards and statutory/compliance requirements.

Support senior management with operational planning, performance reviews,



business requirements and strategic decisions.

Drive accountability and ensure consistent service delivery across all assigned sites.

Technical & Professional Requirements

15+ years of relevant professional experience in Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Facility Management, MEP, AMC/O&M;, Engineering Services or a related industry.

Strong experience in managing multiple sites and large technical teams.

In-depth understanding of WTP, STP, ETP, swimming pools and pumping systems.

Good knowledge of pumps, motors, electrical systems, plumbing, filtration, dosing systems and water-treatment equipment.

Strong understanding of AMC/O&M; contract management and SLA-based service delivery.

Proven experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown management and technical troubleshooting.

Strong client coordination, communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent manpower planning, team leadership and operational problem-solving capabilities.

Strong reporting and MIS skills with good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Ability to analyze operational data and make effective decisions based on site performance.

Engineering/Technical qualification such as Diploma, B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental Engineering or a related discipline will be preferred.

Willingness to travel across Delhi/NCR and other project locations as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with a robust track record in Water & Wastewater Treatment, AMC/O&M; operations, multi-site facility management, project execution, client management and technical team leadership will be preferred.

The candidate should be a hands-on operations leader capable of managing people, clients, technical operations, commercial requirements and site-level challenges while maintaining high standards of service quality and operational reliability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
