Job Summary:-
We are seeking a energetic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive who will handle management-related tasks and assist in outside sales activities. This role is ideal for a fresher with a proactive approach to coordinating and managing marketing and operational functions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Market Research: - Conduct research to identify potential opportunities in government tenders and contracts.
- Tender Participation: - Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents while ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Client Management: - Build and maintain relationships with clients and government officials to enhance business opportunities.
- Coordination: - Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects related to tenders and contracts.
- Documentation and Reporting: - Prepare marketing and project-related documents, reports, and presentations.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Liaise with vendors for procurement and timely delivery of materials or services.
- Field Work: - Perform site visits, attend meetings with clients, and handle on-field coordination tasks.
- Event Participation: - Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Data Management: - Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and generate performance reports.
