We are looking for a *creative, performance-driven and digitally savvy SMO & Meta Expert* to strengthen our online presence and drive qualified leads for our diamond and lab-grown diamond jewellery business.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in *Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads, content strategy, lead generation, audience targeting and campaign optimization, preferably within the **diamond, jewellery, luxury, fashion or D2C industry*.

### Key Responsibilities

*1. Social Media Management*

* Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant social media platforms.

* Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.

* Plan engaging *Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels and product-focused content*.

* Create content around diamond jewellery, collections, offers, festivals, weddings and brand campaigns.

* Identify trending reels, audio, hashtags and content formats.

* Maintain a premium and consistent luxury-jewellery brand image.

* Monitor comments, DMs and audience engagement.

*2. Meta Ads Management*

* Plan, launch and manage *Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns*.

* Run campaigns for:

* Lead Generation

* WhatsApp Enquiries

* Website Traffic

* Product Sales

* Brand Awareness

* Remarketing

* Create and manage Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences.

* Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, audiences and campaigns.





* Monitor and optimize campaign budgets and performance.

* Reduce CPL and improve lead quality and conversion potential.

*3. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing*

* Generate qualified leads for diamond/lab-grown diamond jewellery.

* Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion tracking.

* Analyze lead sources and identify high-performing campaigns.

* Track *CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, leads, conversion rate and ROAS*.

* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

*4. Content & Creative Strategy*

* Develop creative concepts for premium diamond jewellery.

* Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, video editors and content creators.

* Provide creative briefs for Meta advertisements.

* Develop customer-focused hooks, captions, CTAs and campaign concepts.

* Utilize customer reviews, UGC and influencer content wherever relevant.

*5. Competitor & Market Analysis*

* Monitor competitors in the diamond, jewellery and luxury segment.

* Identify new trends, campaigns and content opportunities.

* Study audience behaviour and recommend new digital initiatives.

* Keep updated with Meta algorithm changes and advertising trends.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
