The Tendering Executive should be responisble for managing end-to-end tendering process, from identifying opportunities to submitting bids and handling post-submission activities. This role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Identification & Analysis: Monitor tender portals, analyze RFPs/RFQs, and assess business fit.
- Bid Preparation & Submission: Prepare technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines.
- Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance) and communicate with clients for clarifications.
- Post-Submission Activities: Manage EMD/BG requirements, track tender results, and maintain relationships.
- Other: Maintain tender records, prepare reports, and assist with contract negotiations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of tendering processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with e-tendering platforms is preferred.
