Job Description: Manager- Finance

About us

SigTuple builds intelligent screening solutions to aid diagnosis through AI-powered analysis of visual medical data from human and animal samples. Its flagship AI100 product is an in vitro diagnostic device that automates manual microscopy using robotics and AI, enabling biological samples on glass slides to be digitized for AI-aided remote reporting and analysis. Along the same lines, SigTuple is building a Point-of-Care (POC) screening device for veterinary use, expanding its technology and diagnostic solutions into the animal health space.

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience to join our team as Manager – Finance. The role will manage key finance and accounting activities, ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, coordinate company secretarial matters, and support legal and corporate governance requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Finance & Accounting

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, receivables, banking transactions, and cash flow.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial controls.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
- Ensure timely closure of books of account and identify variances or financial risks.
- Coordinate with external auditors for audits and financial reviews.
- Liaise with investors, lenders, and auditors,
- Coordinate finance-related requirements for equity funding, debt funding, grants, and other financing arrangements.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and advisors for tax assessments,



returns, notices, and related matters.
- Review tax workings and ensure accurate and timely filing of statutory returns.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for statutory and tax audits.
- Keep track of changes in applicable finance and taxation regulations.

3. Company Secretarial (CS) & Corporate Compliance

- Support preparation and filing of statutory forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
- Maintain statutory registers, records, minutes, and corporate documentation.
- Coordinate Board Meetings, General Meetings, resolutions, and related documentation.
- Support matters relating to incorporation, director changes, shareholding, allotment/transfer of shares, and other corporate actions.
- Ensure timely completion of annual filings and other applicable MCA compliances.
- Assist in preparation of Board Meeting and AGM documentation, including notices, agendas, presentations, resolutions and minutes.
- Coordinate shareholder-related matters, share transfers, allotments, ESOP-related documentation and other corporate actions.

4. Legal & Contract Management

- Coordinate with external legal counsel on corporate and commercial legal matters.
- Review and coordinate execution of agreements, contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.
- Maintain a repository of legal agreements and corporate documents.
- Track legal notices, contracts, renewals, and important compliance deadlines.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and legal advisors on contractual and regulatory matters.
- Support the organization in ensuring compliance with applicable corporate and commercial laws.

Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of the Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Knowledge of Company Secretarial and corporate compliance processes.
- Understanding of commercial contracts and basic corporate legal matters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Experience with accounting software is needed.

Education & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in Finance/Accounts.
- Candidates with exposure to Finance + CS + Legal/Corporate Compliance will be preferred.
- Experience in a start-up, technology, MedTech, or growing organization would be an added advantage.
