About the Role

Looking for a dynamic, customer-focused and results-oriented Store Managerto manage the overall operations of the store in Hyderabad. The role will be responsible fordriving sales performance, managing the store team, maintaining premium store standardsand ensuring an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have solid retail exposure, leadership capabilities, commercialunderstanding and the ability to manage day-to-day store operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the store.

Drive sales, revenue and achievement of monthly and annual store targets.

Lead, motivate, train and develop the store team to achieve business objectives.

Ensure a high standard of customer service and build strong customer relationships.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.

Maintain premium visual merchandising, product presentation and overall store

appearance.

Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, replenishment and product availability.

Coordinate with warehouse, sales, finance and other internal teams for smooth

operations.

Monitor daily sales, conversion, customer footfall and other key store performance

indicators.

Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational reports.

Ensure accurate billing, documentation and cash-handling procedures.

Handle customer queries,



feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely

resolution.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends and local business opportunities.

Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, operational procedures and brand

standards.

Maintain discipline, hygiene, safety and professional standards within the store.

Take ownership of store performance and identify opportunities for improving sales

and customer engagement.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline with 3–7 years of relevant retail/store management

experience.

Experience in premium, luxury, lifestyle, kitchen, home improvement or similar retail

segments will be preferred.

Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to achieve targets.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.

Good understanding of retail operations and inventory management.

Ability to analyse sales data and prepare basic business reports.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/POS systems.

Strong ownership, problem-solving ability and a positive attitude.

Ability to work in a target-driven and customer-centric environment.
