The company provides property consultation, project development, and post-sale support, with 100+ completed and 50+ ongoing projects.

Job Overview: We are looking for a energetic, results-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting, payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts accurately.
- Prepare and process invoices and manage receipts and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor and customer accounts.
- Track and control expenses against budgets.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS for management.
- Coordinate with the auditor and maintain financial records and documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B.Com / M.Com or an equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in accounting.




- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and advanced MS Excel.
- Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Professional attitude with problem-solving capability.
- Accuracy, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in real estate, property management, or service-based organisations is preferred.
- Specific experience in real estate or property management accounts is an added advantage.
