Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads.
- Explain our services and answer customer queries.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Convert leads into appointments/enrollments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and existing customers.
- Update lead details, call status, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the branch/operations team for appointments and further follow-up.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and handle basic objections professionally.
