Required Quality Engineer foran well renowned manufacturing company

Location - Lonavala (Anyone willing to relocate )

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and inspection systems.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications, drawings, standards, and customer requirements.
- Analyze quality issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, and 8D methodology.
- Lead and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring quality problems.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste, improve productivity, optimize process flow, and increase overall equipment effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Apply DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to solve complex quality and process problems.
- Use statistical tools such as SPC, Control Charts, Process Capability (Cp/Cpk), MSA, and FMEA to monitor and improve process performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
