Lumeo Marketing is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Executive Director, Marketing to lead and build our growing India operations.

This is not a traditional marketing-management position. We are looking for a senior leader who understands the intersection of marketing, technology, software development, product management, and business growth and can turn strategy into measurable execution.

You will work closely with executive leadership to help shape Lumeo’s growth strategy, develop high-performing teams, establish scalable systems, and strengthen our presence in India and other international markets.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable setting strategy in the boardroom and driving execution with the team.

What You’ll Lead

- Develop and execute Lumeo Marketing’s growth and marketing strategy for India.
- Lead, manage, mentor, and develop India-based employees and managers.
- Build scalable systems, workflows, KPIs, and performance-management processes.
- Partner with executive leadership on business strategy, product direction, technology initiatives, and market expansion.
- Oversee marketing execution across digital channels, brand development, customer acquisition, and growth initiatives.
- Use data and performance metrics to evaluate campaigns, teams, and business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve operations through technology, automation, AI, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with product and software-development teams to ensure marketing strategy aligns with product capabilities and customer needs.
- Translate company goals into clear departmental priorities, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Support recruitment and development of a high-performing India-based team.




- Help establish Lumeo Marketing’s India office and lead the transition from a fully remote team to a hybrid operating model.
- Collaborate with international leadership and teams across multiple markets and time zones.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of progressive professional experience involving leadership and management.
- Demonstrated experience in software development, technology operations, or working closely with technical teams.
- Strong experience in product management, digital products, or technology-enabled services.
- Proven experience managing professional teams and holding employees accountable for performance.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- MBA strongly preferred.
- Strong business judgment and executive-level communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, performance management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced and evolving organization.
- Must currently reside in India.

You May Be a Strong Fit If You Have

- Led teams within a technology, SaaS, digital marketing, consulting, startup, or growth-stage company.
- Managed cross-functional teams spanning marketing, technology, product, and operations.
- Built departments, processes, or operating systems from the ground up.
- Experience launching or scaling digital products or technology-enabled services.
- Experience leading distributed or remote teams.
- Experience working with international companies or leadership teams.
- A solid understanding of digital customer acquisition, product growth, automation, and analytics.
- The ability to move comfortably between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
