Full-Time Computer Operator & Accounts Specialist

We are looking for a smart, reliable, and enthusiastic Computer Operator & Accounts Specialist to join our team.

This is a full time position combining accounting, computer operations, customer communication, WhatsApp marketing, Instagram management, and digital business development.

Key Responsibilities Accounts & Computer Operations

- Record daily purchase entries
- Record daily sales entries
- Maintain and update accounting records
- Reconcile accounts and identify/correct discrepancies
- Maintain daily filing and documentation
- Work on Miracle ERP – basic knowledge is sufficient; training can be provided
- Work with Tally, Excel, and other accounting software
- Maintain customer and supplier records
- Handle regular computer and data-entry work

WhatsApp & Customer Communication

- Regularly send product catalogues and new arrivals through WhatsApp
- Share new collections, offers, and product updates with customers
- Maintain and organize customer contacts
- Handle basic customer communication through WhatsApp
- Ensure catalogues and product information are shared regularly and systematically

Instagram & Digital Marketing

- Handle and regularly update our Instagram page
- Upload product photos, new arrivals, offers, and business updates
- Create and post Instagram Reels




- Make simple product videos and promotional content
- Basic photo/video editing
- Help improve our online presence and customer engagement
- Explore new digital tools and ideas to make the business more digital and technology-driven

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
- Good computer knowledge and typing skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Tally / accounting software is an advantage
- Familiarity with Miracle ERP is preferred, but not compulsory
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Instagram
- Interest in learning social media, Reels, and digital marketing
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Salary

₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month, based on your skills, ability, and experience.

Freshers with good computer skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
