About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python, React, and modern web application development. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across frontend and backend development, microservices architecture, API development, cloud-native technologies, and AI-powered applications. What You'll Do:

- Design and develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend components and libraries.
- Implement productive state and data management using TanStack Query and Zustand.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.




- Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Python and FastAPI.
- Design and implement backend services to support enterprise-scale applications.
- Integrate third-party APIs, services, and enterprise systems.
- Design, develop, and support AI agents and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Build intelligent workflows leveraging AI and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities.
- Design and maintain MongoDB databases, including schema design and query optimization.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and high availability across applications.
- Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices throughout project execution.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain production applications.
- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Participate in architecture discussions, solution design reviews, and technical planning sessions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.
- Debug and resolve complex frontend and backend issues.
- Identify application bottlenecks and implement performance optimization strategies.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Full Stack application development.
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS for modern UI development.
- Robust knowledge of TanStack Query and Zustand for state management.
- Extensive experience with Python development and FastAPI framework.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL database design principles.
- Experience implementing scalable and secure backend solutions.




- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and practical implementation approaches.
- Experience working with AI Agents, Agent Orchestration, or intelligent automation workflows.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment automation.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and quality engineering practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile and Scrum-based environments.
- Strong ownership mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
