About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Tech Lead / AI Solution Architect with 10+ years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience designing and developing production-grade AI agents and AI applications, with hands-on expertise in frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and/or CrewAI.

This is a highly technical Individual Contributor role that requires robust expertise across AI application architecture, Python development, cloud platforms, containerization, Kubernetes, MLOps/LLMOps, and distributed systems.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Candidates must have at least 6 years of relevant hands-on experience across the required skill set, with strong practical experience in:

Generative AI & Agentic AI

- Hands-on development of Generative AI and Agentic AI applications
- Strong experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, and/or CrewAI
- Designing and implementing AI agents, multi-agent systems, workflows, tools, memory, and orchestration
- Experience building and deploying production-ready LLM-based applications

Programming & AI Engineering

- Strong Python development experience
- LLM / AI Application Architecture and Solution Design
- Machine Learning / Deep Learning using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or Keras
- NLP, Transformers, and modern LLM architectures
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and Microservices

Cloud & Infrastructure

Hands-on experience deploying AI applications on one or more of:

- AWS
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Strong experience with:

- Docker
- Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or equivalent
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation

Data & Distributed Systems





- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with event-driven architectures using:
- Kafka
- RabbitMQ
- or equivalent messaging platforms
- Experience designing scalable and distributed AI systems

MLOps / LLMOps

- Hands-on experience with MLOps / LLMOps
- Experience deploying and operating large-scale AI/ML applications
- Model serving, monitoring, evaluation, observability, and production lifecycle management

Valuable-to-Have Skills

- Hugging Face Transformers
- OpenAI API
- LLM/SLM fine-tuning experience
- Experience with models such as GPT, LLaMA, PaLM, or equivalent
- Prometheus / Grafana / ELK
- Experience developing AI reference architectures and technology roadmaps
- Technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture ownership experience
- Experience working with US-based teams or stakeholders

Candidates must demonstrate strong, hands-on Agentic AI development experience, specifically with LangGraph, AutoGen, and/or CrewAI, along with strong expertise in:

Python + LLM/GenAI + AI Solution Architecture + Cloud + Docker/Kubernetes + MLOps/LLMOps

Candidates should have experience building real-world, production-grade Agentic AI solutions, rather than only having theoretical knowledge, certifications, or exposure to AI/ML concepts.

- Implement containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
- Drive AI application performance, scalability, reliability, and observability
- Work independently as a senior Individual Contributor / Technical Lead
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to AI architecture and roadmap decisions

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
