Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified leads and understand client requirements effectively.
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers through professional communication.
- Present projects, properties, pricing, amenities, and USPs to clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospects into site visits and sales.
- Handle client queries and provide quick, practical solutions throughout the sales journey.
- Conduct property visits and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Negotiate effectively and assist clients through the decision-making process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution from enquiry to closure.
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up updates.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
