About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives who are comfortable working on the field every day, generating leads independently, meeting potential clients, and converting them into business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads through market visits, networking, and direct client approach.
- Visit businesses, brands, agencies, and potential clients regularly.
- Meet decision-makers and understand their requirements.
- Present our advertising solutions and business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily activity reports and sales pipeline.




- Explore new markets and identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements:

- Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of sales experience can apply.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with daily field work and client meetings.
- Self-motivated and willing to travel within the assigned location.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
