Qualification: Bachelor's degree in B.Pharm or a related discipline. MBA/PG Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations will be an added advantage.
Experience: 5–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehouse, dispatch, logistics or distribution operations, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a pharma manufacturing/regulated setting.
Essential Skills: Strong knowledge of pharma dispatch operations, dispatch documentation, e-Way Bill, transporter coordination and shipment tracking, Tally prime mandatory.
Leadership: Proven experience in supervising warehouse/dispatch teams, manpower planning, KPI monitoring and cross-functional coordination.
Preferred Languages: Telugu, Hindi, English.
Age: 40 below.
Pay: ₹8,300.00 per month
