Job Opening (IT Support Engineer) – Job Description
- Provide onsite support for Desktop, Laptop, Printer, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows OS and Office 365 applications.
- Perform user account management and basic Active Directory administration.
- Provide basic Windows Server monitoring and troubleshooting support.
- Handle basic LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Switch, and Network connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft productivity tools.
- Manage IT assets, hardware inventory, and warranty coordination.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents through the ticketing system within SLA.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors and higher-level support teams for escalations.
- Maintain system uptime, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure user satisfaction.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
