Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for an energetic and target oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Vadakara branch. The candidate will be responsible for handling student leads, counselling students and parents, generating admissions, and achieving individual and branch sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, fees, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents professionally.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Participate in seminars and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with Academic Counselling, Marketing, and Branch teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Requirements





- Any Degree or Diploma preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, EdTech, Telecalling, or Academic Counselling is an advantage.
- Excellent Malayalam and good English communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
