Job Description: Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent visual communication skills, and the ability to translate concepts and business requirements into compelling creative designs.

The candidate should be proficient in industry-standard design tools and comfortable working on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, banners, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Create visually engaging graphics aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and communication objectives.
- Design social media creatives, campaign assets, website graphics, emailers, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and business teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality creatives.
- Develop concepts, layouts, illustrations, and visual compositions from brief to final execution.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, imagery, and overall visual identity.
- Adapt existing designs into different sizes and formats for various digital and print platforms.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Take ownership of design projects and incorporate feedback effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design; 5 years preferred.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or equivalent design software.
- Knowledge of social media design, digital marketing creatives, and print design.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Good knowledge of branding and design principles.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into effective visual communication.
- Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion/video tools.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
- Experience working on marketing campaigns and brand communication.
- Understanding of current social media trends and content formats.
- Experience in developing and maintaining brand guidelines.
