We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Writer who can manage social media accounts end-to-end, create engaging content, write video reel scripts, and handle the technical/backend side of social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should be creative, comfortable with AI tools, and have a good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts for multiple clients.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Write engaging Reels/video scripts, captions, hooks and content ideas.
- Understand different niches and create content according to the target audience.
- Research trending topics, formats and content ideas.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DeepSeek and other AI tools for research, content creation and ideation.
- Have strong knowledge of AI prompting and know how to get high-quality outputs from AI tools.
- Edit/refine AI-generated content to make it natural, human and brand-specific.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Understand Instagram and Facebook growth strategies.
- Set up and manage Meta Business Manager / Business Portfolio.
- Create and connect Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, Ad Accounts and Business Manager assets.
- Manage Meta Ads backend and assist with campaign setup and monitoring.
- Understand basic Meta lead generation campaigns, instant forms, WhatsApp campaigns and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and coordinate with the team for optimization.
- Maintain proper organization of client assets, pages, accounts and access permissions.
- Coordinate with video editors/designers and provide clear creative instructions.
- Monitor comments, messages and basic audience engagement where required.
- Track content and campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager.
- Experience with setting up Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, Business Manager and Ad Accounts.
- Good understanding of Meta lead-generation campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek and other AI tools.
- Ability to write effective AI prompts for content, research, scripts and marketing.
- Good research skills and ability to understand different industries/niches.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and platforms.

Good to Have:

- Experience working with a social media marketing agency.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Basic understanding of Canva or other design tools.
- Basic understanding of video editing and Reels.
- Experience with Meta Ads and lead generation.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Experience using AI for marketing workflows and automation.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is not just a content writer. You should be comfortable working across content, social media management, AI tools, Meta Business Manager and basic paid advertising.

You should be someone who can take a requirement, research it, develop the content/script, use AI intelligently, coordinate with the creative team, publish the content and understand the backend required to manage the client's social media presence.

Experience: 1 year preferred
