Job Responsibilities

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in AV Service, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and AV Integration
- Diploma / ITI / BE/ Bachelors in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
- Attend and resolve AV service calls and breakdown issues at customer sites.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) of AV systems and equipment as per the scheduled plan.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Audio, Video, Displays, Projectors, Video Conferencing, Amplifiers, DSPs, Crestron/Extron systems, and Room Control systems.
- Conduct regular health checks of AV equipment and identify potential issues before failure.
- Perform installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of AV equipment when required.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely resolution of service issues.
- Maintain proper service reports, PM reports, equipment status, and site visit records.
- Escalate critical or recurring technical issues to the senior engineering/OEM support team.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for warranty, repair, and replacement requirements.




- Ensure all service calls and PM activities are completed within the defined SLA/TAT.
- Provide basic user support and guidance to customers on AV system operation.
- Maintain required tools, spares, and equipment for service activities.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Audio & Video systems and AV integration.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting AV equipment.
- Knowledge of Crestron, Extron, QSC, Kramer, HARMAN, Poly/Polycom, Cisco, Panasonic, LG, Samsung, etc. will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of networking, IP configuration, HDMI, SDI, signal flow, audio cabling, and control systems.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites and travel as required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
