Experience: Freshers & 1+ Year Voice Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Handle AR & Claims follow-up with US insurance companies
- Make outbound calls for claim status, eligibility amp; unpaid claims
- Work on outstanding claims / AR reports
- Follow up on claim denials and initiate further action
- Maintain accurate documentation and daily activity logs
- Achieve defined targets, quality standards & client SLAs
- Escalate issues and work closely with the team to drive timely resolutions
What we are looking for:
✔Solid verbal communication skills
✔ Comfortable working in US night shifts
✔ Candidates with voice process experience preferred
