We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Freshers to join our growing US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. As an AR Caller, your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to US health insurance companies to follow up on unpaid medical claims. Because you will be speaking directly with native English speakers in the United States, exceptional English verbal communication is an absolute must. Additionally, this role requires working continuous night shifts to align with US business operational hours.

Mandatory Selection Criteria

- Communication Skills: Must possess flawless verbal English communication skills with a explicit, professional, and neutral accent. You must be able to confidently handle conversations, ask smart questions, and negotiate with US insurance representatives.
- Work Schedule: Must be 100% committed to working regular night shifts.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
