Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end production of solid wood, plywood/MDF and other wooden furniture, fixtures and commercial interiors.

* Study design drawings and prepare detailed fabrication drawings, underframe/structural drawings and production drawings wherever required.

* Prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), material specifications and quantity requirements based on approved drawings.

* Plan and execute fabrication as per drawings, including cutting, welding, assembly, machining and finishing, ensuring dimensional accuracy.

* Supervise wooden production including CNC, cutting, edge banding, carpentry, assembly, laminating, polishing and finishing.

* Manage PU, duco, melamine and other paint/finishing processes, ensuring consistent shade and premium finish.

* Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores and Project teams to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth production.

* Allocate manpower and machinery and monitor productivity, quality, wastage, rework and production timelines.

* Ensure all products are manufactured strictly as per approved drawings, BOQ,



specifications and quality standards.

* Maintain production MIS and ensure 5S, safety, housekeeping and discipline across the division.

Candidate Profile

* 8–12 years of hands-on experience in furniture manufacturing, commercial interiors, retail fixtures or similar production environments.

* Robust practical knowledge of solid wood, plywood, MDF and other engineered/wood-based furniture.

* Ability to read and interpret design drawings and independently develop fabrication/underframe drawings and BOMs.

* Strong understanding of woodworking, fabrication, CNC, laminates, veneers, polishing and PU/duco paint finishing.

* Proven ability to convert designs into production-ready drawings, materials and finished products.

* Strong manpower management, production planning, quality control and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
