Job Overview

Hindustan Wellness is looking for a Biomedical Engineer responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and operational reliability of biomedical and diagnostic equipment across healthcare facilities. The role will ensure equipment uptime, safety, compliance, and timely technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of biomedical and diagnostic equipment.

Install, commission, test, and ensure proper functioning of medical equipment.

Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment breakdowns.

Support calibration, performance validation, and equipment safety checks.

Coordinate with vendors and service partners for repairs, AMC/CMC, spare parts, and technical support.

Maintain equipment asset records, service reports, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation.

Ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with clinical and hospital teams for proper equipment usage and technical support.





Monitor equipment performance and recommend repairs, replacement, or upgrades where required.

Ensure adherence to applicable hospital safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

B.Tech / B.E. in Biomedical Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering with 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Hands-on experience in biomedical/diagnostic equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning.

Knowledge of preventive maintenance, calibration, equipment validation, and technical documentation.

Strong understanding of analog & digital electronics, circuit analysis, and basic embedded systems.

Good vendor coordination and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and service reporting.

Healthcare/hospital experience will be an added advantage.
