To manage day-to-day finance operations, maintain accurate accounting records, support payments and banking, complete reconciliations and ensure proper documentation and finance controls.
Accounting
Record purchase, expense, bank and other accounting transactions accurately and on time.
Invoices
Check supporting documents such as PO, invoice, GRN and approvals before processing.
Vendor Payments
Prepare payment proposals, maintain due-date trackers and support payment processing.
Banking
Maintain bank records, download statements and prepare bank reconciliations.
Reconciliations
Prepare bank, vendor, customer and other assigned reconciliations and follow up on differences.
Vendor Management
Maintain vendor master documents and support vendor query resolution.
Receivables
Support ageing reports, reconciliations and follow-up with internal teams.
Cash Flow Support
Update daily/weekly cash inflow and outflow data for cash flow planning.
Month-End Closing
Support timely month-end closing and preparation of schedules.
Document Control
Maintain proper physical/digital filing of invoices, approvals, contracts and finance documents.
Controls
Follow finance SOPs and ensure no transaction is processed without required approvals and supporting documents.
Other Responsibilities
Take up additional finance work as assigned and gradually develop capability to independently manage broader finance processes.
Qualification
CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com or equivalent finance qualification. Relevant practical experience is important.
Experience
Approx. 3–5 years in accounting and finance operations; experience with multi-location business / retail / hospitality / FMCG is preferred.
Software Skills
Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of accounting software (preferably Tally/ERP used by the company).

Attention to detail, reconciliations, accounting knowledge, payment process, communication, ownership, follow-up and ability to work with deadlines.
