Job Summary

The IT Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing the hospital’s computer systems, network infrastructure, and CCTV surveillance systems (both hardware and software). The role ensures seamless IT operations to support medical, administrative, and security functions within the hospital.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Systems & Hardware Support

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Perform routine system upgrades and preventive maintenance.
- Support hospital management systems (HMS) and other clinical software applications.
- Ensure data backup and system security compliance.

Network & Server Support

- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network connectivity and firewall maintanence
- Assist in server maintenance and user account management.
- Troubleshoot network-related issues and coordinate with vendors when required.

CCTV & Surveillance Systems

- Ensure proper functioning of recording, storage, and playback systems.




- Coordinate periodic inspection and preventive maintenance of security systems.

General Responsibilities

- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Provide on-call technical support when required.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers for specialized maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with hospital IT and data security policies.

Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Certification in Hardware & Networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA A+, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and troubleshooting techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
