About the Role

We are looking for an experienced R&D; Executive to join our Research & Development team in Mumbai. The role will focus on process development, optimization, scale-up and commercialization of personal care raw materials, oleochemicals and specialty chemical ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute laboratory experiments for process development and optimization.
- Conduct synthesis, purification and evaluation of oleochemicals and specialty ingredients.
- Work on development of esters, surfactants, emulsifiers, conditioning agents and emollients.
- Analyze and interpret data from HPLC, GC, UPLC, FTIR and related instruments.
- Support pilot plant/commercial scale-up, technology transfer and process validation.




- Troubleshoot process-related issues in coordination with manufacturing teams.
- Prepare SOPs, batch records, process reports and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Engineering and Regulatory teams.

Qualification:

- B.Sc/M.Sc. Organic Chemistry / Applied Chemistry
- Oleochemical Technology
- Cosmetic Science / Cosmetic Technology
- Industrial Chemistry
- B.Tech Chemical Engineering

Experience: 3–5 years in Process R&D;, Oleochemicals, Personal Care Ingredients, Surfactants, Esters, Emollients, Specialty Chemicals or Cosmetic Raw Materials.
